oh yeah is thursday!!!
today best lesson was P.E! duunnoo why i called it as the best lesson [cuz it was tried']well we mixed with boys today.
ms hemming told all of us to go out side and i was like [OMG, wat she gonna make us doing now, my heartbeated so fast cuz i know she gonna make us doing track fitness again!!]
oh well i was right
she told us we gonna run on the track for 12 mins' and try to not stop.....WOW! -I STILL REMEMBER last fitness lesson...we were told to run for 4 mins only and i was death and now 12 mins!!!! i might not even survive at the end!!
so here i go.....
first lap- still can control my breathing
second lap- ok and half k.o [stop and walk for a bit]
third lap- half jog half walk
fourth lap- ''i can feel the death''
LAST LAP -5
my leg muscles hurts....i feel like stones inside it!!!
thnx god finally is 12 mins already, so i stopped- [when i actually stop, i can't even walk but i juz try to stand and walk slowly, but it hurts like hell!!! ]
so my result was 5.2 laps in 12 mins
hmmmmm not bad for me....but it tells me i have to work out more and improve my stamina!!!
i'm looking forward to this thing again!! XD [after i'm really fit first!lol]
plus the weather also nice and windy!!! [[[[GOOD]]]]
so after P.E was english and thnx god i have library lesson...hehhehehehhehehe
u know i like it because after i choose one of the book i can pretend i'm reading but i'm actually closing my eyes!!! XD [REST] XD
plus my day ended up with some good news too
my mom said we might go back to malaysia at 10 july HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAH!!!
